All our products are made in a facility that handles items with major allergens – milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten and soy. We have gluten-friendly products that are made with gluten-free flour, although they would not be suitable for celiacs as we do not have a dedicated gluten-free kitchen.

Caffeine content from tea can vary per cup and kind of tea, due to a wide variety of factors. We recommend sticking to this chart below:

  • Herbal teas are caffeine free
  • White tea is the least caffeinated tea
  • Green teas have a little more caffeine than White
  • Oolong is in between Green and Black tea in caffeine
  • Black tea has a decent bit, usually much less than half the equivalent of coffee
  • Matcha has about as much tea as black tea, although the caffeine is released much slower

We do not add sugar to our teas. The sugar used in our baked goods is pure cane sugar – absolutely no artificial sweeteners, corn syrup, etc.

Many of our teas are certified organic, and we have a wide selection of Single-Origin teas. These Single-Origin teas come directly from a farm, and straight to us. These teas are not blended with tea leaves from other countries or regions.
